Guests will be treated to a two-hour lunch and nutrition consultation at Michelin-starred Rouge Tomate restaurant, which applies the culinary and nutritional principles of SPE®, derived from the Latin phrase Sanitas Per Escam, meaning Health Through Food. Executive Chef Jeremy Bearman creates seasonal dishes that focuses on sourcing, thoughtful preparation and taking an artful approach to combining nutrient-dense ingredients. Kristy Lambrou, the restaurant's Culinary Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian, will lead the on-site consultation at a private table reserved by appointment only. Guests will have a choice of selecting one of four nutrition topics: Heart Healthy Eating and Cooking, Balanced Diets on the Go, Boosting & Maintaining Energy, or Healthy for Life. Consultation is available on Fridays only and includes a delicious and nutritious three-course lunch and a specialty house-made juice per person. Rouge Tomate is located on 60^th Street between Madison and 5^th Avenues.
